I’m Steve, the guy who formulated and made your order, wrapped it up, stuck it in a box, labeled the box, and dropped it off at the post office. I’m a graphic designer with a fondness for handmade soap and simplicity. I use Society products myself, and I hope that you enjoy them as much as I enjoyed preparing them for you. Shipping

I ship using USPS (US Postal Service) within the US. At this time, I am not accepting orders internationally, however, I am working on that, and will be opening Society’s doors internationally. Orders above $200 will require signature confirmation. Packages can be tracked on-line with the emailed tracking number. USPS Priority Mail indemnity coverage automatically included. Shipping loss or damage is out of my control, and I can’t be held responsible. In the unlikely event that a negative shipping issue arises, please contact me WITHIN FIVE DAYS at stephen@societybodycare.com and I’ll investigate and attempt to rectify the situation. All shipments are documented by me and USPS. All items purchased from Society Bodycare are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Back Orders

Products are in stock and readily available. In the unlikely event that an item is not available, I’ll email you with alternative options, including an option for refund, if that’s what you’d like.

Return Policy

Products are returnable in the event of shipping error or if items are damaged or spilled. Please contact me within FIVE DAYS of receipt of the order to authorize the return. I’ll pay for your shipping, and then reship the replacement. ALL SALES ARE FINAL WITHIN FIVE DAYS OF DELIVERY.

Although I strive to maintain low prices, they are subject to change due to market fluctuations. Prices do not include sales tax, shipping & handling charges.
